What's the best moving software in Singapore?

It depends on what you need most. By what they publish, Moveware, Moverbase and Move4U cover the most ground. If you want the price worked out from the job and the working shown, that is what Cerrax is built for. Most of these offer a trial or a demo: try two of them on a job you've already quoted, and compare.

Is there a free or cheap option?

None of the products we checked publishes a free plan. Cerrax starts at S$69 a month after three months free, priced by how much you quote. A low price often buys less, so check what's included before comparing figures.

Which software works out the price for you?

Cerrax works the price out from the job's facts — volume, distance, access, crew and time — and shows the working behind every figure. Moverbase, Moveware and Yembo price from rates the firm sets up. For the others we found nothing published either way.

What's best for a sole trader?

It depends how many jobs you quote. Moverbase lists sole traders among the firms it's for. Cerrax is priced by how much you quote, not per seat, so a one-person firm pays the smallest band. If all you need is a tidy quote and an invoice, a simple quote tool may be enough.

Do I need a CRM as well?

It depends what you use one for. Moverbase and Moveware include a CRM or lead pipeline. Cerrax has a lead pipeline built in — enquiries in one list, a pipeline with follow-ups, and a report of which lead sources win work — on the same record as the priced job. It does not send bulk marketing, so if you run campaigns from a tool you already use, keep it.
