A CRM for moving companies, on the same record as the job.
Inquiries arrive in one list. Every quote you send moves along a pipeline. Each customer has one record across all their jobs. It is the same record as the job that was priced and run, not a second system to keep in step.
Every inquiry in one list.
Inquiries from your own website and from lead sites arrive in the same place, each as a draft job.
- Your website's quote form, or the one embedded on your own site, sends the inquiry straight in.
- Each firm gets its own inbound address. Paste it into a lead site's settings and that site's inquiries arrive as draft jobs, ready to price.
- The list shows how long each inquiry has been waiting.
- If you switch it on, an inquiry can be priced the moment it arrives.
A pipeline that follows the quote.
Once a price is sent, the job moves along your pipeline instead of dropping out of sight.
- Sent, viewed, following up, won, lost.
- Follow-up tasks go on your calendar.
- A reason is recorded for every job you lose, so “lost” means something when you look back.
One record for each customer.
A customer who moves with you twice, or asks for a second quote, is one person, not two entries.
- Find a customer by email or phone, with their jobs, your notes and what they agreed to.
- Duplicates can be merged, and a merge can be undone.
- Download your contacts, or only the people who agreed to marketing.
Which lead sources pay.
A report shows which sources actually win you jobs.
- Wins by source, by month or for all time.
- Once you enter what each source costs you, what a won job from it cost.
What it does not do
Cerrax does not send bulk marketing or run campaigns, and it does not do your bookkeeping. Won jobs can go to your own accounts package as draft invoices instead, and your contacts can be downloaded for any marketing tool you use.
Questions about the CRM
Does it replace the CRM I already use?
It can. Inquiries, the pipeline, follow-ups, customer records and the lead-source report are all here, on the same record as the job. What it does not do is bulk marketing or bookkeeping.
Where do inquiries from lead sites go?
Each firm gets its own inbound address. A lead site that can send its leads to a web address or an email address can send them there, and each lead lands in your inquiries as a draft job next to the ones from your own page.
Can I take my contacts with me?
Yes. You can download all your contacts, or only the people who agreed to marketing, so a list taken into another tool never turns silence into permission.
Does Cerrax email my customers?
It sends the messages about a job in your firm's name — the quote, the confirmation, reminders, the review request — and you choose which are sent. It does not market to your customers.

A semi in Toronto's east end moving up the 401 to Ottawa: a box truck, a crew of three, and a condo tower at the other end where the freight elevator has to be booked. Cerrax prices it from the cube in cubic feet, the highway kilometres and the wait for that elevator slot — the crew's hours shown line by line.
