A crew app for removal firms, built around the day.
The people on the job see the job — where, what, how it was meant to go — and record what happens on the day. They never see what the customer is paying.
The day, on the phone.
Your crew sign in and see the firm's jobs, with the ones assigned to them marked.
- Four taps tell the office where the day has got to: on my way, arrived, loaded, at the new place.
- Those taps are for you. A customer never sees them.
- An address opens in the phone's own maps app. Cerrax does not store anyone's location.
The load, room by room.
The crew check the load off against the job as it goes on the van.
- A checklist by room, matched to what was quoted.
- Anything that turns up and was not on the list is recorded as not on the list.
Damage and signatures, where they happen.
If something is damaged, the person who saw it records it on the spot, with photographs.
- A damage record says what was damaged and when. It has no field for blame.
- It is a record, not a claim: nothing is submitted, no insurer is contacted and no customer is notified.
- The customer signs the inventory on the crew's phone at the end.
When the job is not the one you quoted.
Sometimes the hallway tells you the job is bigger than the quote.
- The crew report what changed, with reasons and a note.
- The office re-prices it. The customer sees the reasons and accepts the new price on the same page.
- The hours worked go back to the job, so the quote can be compared with what happened.
No price, and no account needed for the sheet.
Crew see the job and never the price. That is how the screens are built, not a setting.
- A crew login holds only what the day needs: the job and the record of what happened.
- For someone who is not on your team — agency labour for a day — you can send a job sheet link that opens without an account and shows the job, not the price.
What it does not do
It does not track your vehicles or your people, and it does not arrange insurance or file claims. It records the day, and the office decides what to do with it.
Questions about the crew app
Do my crew see the price?
No. Crew see the job and what happened on it, never the price. A test fails the build if a money figure ever appears in what a crew login can read.
Does it track where my crew are?
No. The four status taps are the crew's own report of where the day has got to. Cerrax does not store a location.
Does it handle damage claims?
It records damage, with photographs, when and where it happens. It does not submit a claim or contact an insurer; what happens next is yours to decide.
What if the job on the day is bigger than the quote?
The crew report the change with reasons. The office re-prices the job, and the customer accepts the new price on the same page as the original quote.

A three-room flat on the fourth floor in Helsinki moving to Tampere: a moving van of about 20 cubic metres, a lift too small for the sofa, and a long carry from the yard to the stairwell. Cerrax prices it from the cubic metres, the kilometres along highway 3 and the time the small lift and the yard add.
