Every pound traceable to a physical fact of the job. A price is a breakdown, not a number: labour, distance, access — each line computed from something you can point at.

Calibrating

Outcomes move rates through propose-and-confirm — never silently. When a job runs long, the engine proposes which rate was off; the mover approves it or doesn't. Nothing changes behind your back.

The engine's history

Every change to the engine, dated, in public.

We have no customer logos to show you yet, and we are not going to borrow anyone else's. What we can show you is the whole history of the thing that sets your prices — 98 recorded changes, each one dated. No change ships until 184 jobs with known prices have been re-priced and every one has come back at exactly the figure it had before — not close to it, the same to the penny.

When a change moves a price, that is a decision somebody made and recorded, not something that happened to you overnight.
